Powerful SaaS-based project management tool.

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is scalable to allow our organization to grow. The automation tool also assists in workflows and simplifies processes. The comprehensive reports offered are the best at helping us gain insight into the projects. Also, Wrike integrates well with our existing applications for easy access to information. The excellent client support is available on phone, email, and chat on a 24/7 basis. It is easy to use and highly customizable to fit the needs of every organization. The user can configure the app the way they like to work. The application has a lot of the features users need to manage their projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike has an intuitive dashboard that shows the progress of the projects and tasks during the project’s life cycle. Unlike Monday and Asana, Wrike has good customer service support. The service center does its best to answer client questions in a short time. Wrike offers seamless integrations with third-party apps like Google Drive, Gmail, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, MS Project, Office 365, Excel, and Salesforce. The application includes a robust search engine. This is especially useful since navigating the application is hard and not straightforward. We ended up using the search-to-go form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Wrike’s UI is confusing and clunky. The difficulty of the UI make new users’ onboarding and adaption that much harder.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, the Wrike project management application is a powerful SaaS-based project management tool. The application has a rich set of features and is built solidly. In addition, pricing is a huge hurdle for small businesses and startups but Wrike is affordable to meet all their needs. Wrike lets you organize everything you need to complete your project in one spot.
