Wrike has ability to store large amount of data in accessible way. Helps to monitor workload easily. it has both browser and mobile application version.

There is no way to stop automated email. we cannot update completed dates on task.

The tool help to save lot of time and effort in managing all the daily routine task and activities.

We can design tasks for ourselves and others. Any task or job is saved in Wrike so that people may monitor the workload make sure they aren't given too much or too little work. Through Wrike, we can everyone see how busy we are and who has time for additional work. This allows everyone to be informed and prepared to assist when necessary.

A complete picture of all active tasks is showned. It is simple to utilize because many team members are not project managers. Multiple people can easily be given tasks to complete.

Document editing is slow. There are too many email alerts Mobile version is missing

Wrike can manage many projects safely and very effectively, thus I will unquestionably suggest it to other organizations with teams of under 50 employees. I believe it wouldn't be appropriate if there were more than 50 people working on a team, such as with a significant architecture project. But this is such a well-suited project management solution for our business operations team, which has numerous teams with a combined size of under 20 individuals. Projects can be assigned by team leads, and project managers can see an overview of everyone's timeframes.

Your projects can be monitored by status, owner, folder, and other details. You can browse and track your tasks based on their assignment or status, such as completed, highlighted, or overdue. Wrike is beneficial for content development optimization with the digital publishing extension.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Wrike because it allows teams to use dashboards to analyze task data, apply filters, and create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to show the status and progress of our work. My tasks show as new, in progress, and completed in the Dashboard view. Each task's card contains information about its name, recipient, and due date. A review and approval process can be used to control the workflow of your team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For new users, the initial setup and onboarding procedure can be quite difficult. Compared to other tools, the subscription costs are high.

I suggest using Wrike as you can use custom fields and processes to track every detail of your projects down to the smallest detail. Using at-a-glance planning and resource allocation, you can monitor your team's responsibilities.
