What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

It is a tool that all departments can use and it is an idea to get the work done faster and without delay. Its different functions allow you to see the progress of tasks, keep track of the time of each of them and add comments to know the details of each member.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the Gantt chart and the Kanban board, we can easily see how the different projects are being executed and determine if we are working efficiently or if we are behind schedule. The agile method has been very useful for us, because we deliver the tasks as we execute them, to prevent the project from being delayed and to avoid accumulating all the activities for the same time. It can be integrated with email, so that requests from project members and customers can be seen directly in the software, without having to leave it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software and its many features can be difficult to adapt to, so the learning curve can be a bit steep. For some companies it can be costly if they are starting out and have few customers. With so much information on the home page, important notifications can be missed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike allows our projects to be completed in record time and with organization and has made our clients much more satisfied with the delivery times and not only with the final result, but with all the activities carried out throughout the project, attracting more clients to the company.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

We can say that since we have been using Wrike in our company, our projects, tasks and activities have been completed on time, thanks to its useful project management tools and its alarms and reminders that tell us what we have to do and when.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has an excellent document management that allows us to have all files, images, invoices and contracts in a single system. It is a great help that it can also integrate Gmail, so customer requests come directly to the program and we do not have to be looking for extra information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found the software a bit difficult to understand at first, as with so many options and integrations, it can be overwhelming for the user. After some instruction from the company's staff, I was able to understand the software perfectly and get the most out of it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent software for managing company activities, both remote and in-office employees, to streamline daily activities, automate repetitive activities and improve overall employee performance. Objectives are met and projects are delivered on time thanks to Wrike.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

With Wrike, all large building blocks can be divided into manageable parts to allow you to attach files and set due dates. This allows you to view project schedules and set dependencies in real-time. With simple tweaks, you can get your team on track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike has a good dashboard that shows the progress of the projects and tasks during the project’s life cycle. Wrike has quite a few integrations with third-party apps like Google Drive, Gmail, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, MS Project, Office 365, Excel, and Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The complexity of the UI make new user’s onboarding and adaption that much more difficult. Wrike is expensive compared to other project management applications in the market. The cheapest plan called Professional starts at $11.50 per user per month if you pay monthly. The application lacks advanced filtering functions in the dashboard to enable the user to decide what information to display on the Dashboard.
