Excellent software for project management.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

It offers internal users and partners a configurable user experience with customisable themes, reports, and multiple perspectives for ease of use. As a result, our projects are completed on schedule, and any concerns that emerge can be resolved in a single location. Wrike helps us keep everyone on track and ensures that our projects are completed on time. The daily reminders are a lifeline for me since they remind me of the chores I need to perform each day in order to avoid delaying the project. Sharing files over the platform is really convenient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike is by far the most effective tool for managing collaborative projects. We can simplify our projects since it provides excellent visibility across teams, is simple to use, and has highly collaborative editing tools. This software is quite useful for planning all of our large projects. It is an essential tool for company planning. Email reminders for daily "to-dos" are useful since they assist guarantee that specified activities are not neglected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a distinct learning curve, so users who are new with this sort of application will require additional time and training to ensure they can use all of the project's main features. This was difficult for several members of the team. When Wrike's server is down, it slows down the writing and editing process because this program is cloud-based.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're searching for software to expand your project management across various departments and provide your stakeholders insight and the flexibility to engage with creative and in-house agency partners, I highly suggest it. When selecting Wrike, consider your users inside your business. Make sure there is adequate time and resources for individuals who are inexperienced with this sort of software to catch up. The program is rather straightforward once you grasp it, although the first few jobs might be scary for some people.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity

Project management tool saves time for everyone

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

We address team capacity concerns to ensure that team members have enough duties to keep them busy but not overburdened. Another advantage of Wrike is that it allows you to keep conversation focused on projects outside of an internal communication channel like Slack. Everything that the Project Manager want is visible and accessible to him. Because the data and dashboards are available for management to access and evaluate, there are seldom "didn't see it coming" situations. Being able to view the task status of 30 different individuals and without having to email/chat/call since alerts can do it for you in a work from home environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the option to set different tasks for my team to manage various sections of a linear process. I enjoy how it incorporates time management, project management, and team discussions into the assignment. How straightforward and easy it is to use and apply the application. Because the application makes viewing tasks and submitting them correctly incredibly simple, the Project Manager does not have to give unending user assistance. Push alerts to users with open tasks save time on follow-ups and allow users to complete work at their leisure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about the UI; it is straightforward and uncluttered. That's a bonus, the user/tester/contributor interfaces are really straightforward, so there's less huffing and puffing about "learning a new system to do a task".

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike is project management software that does more than other software. Very happy with our experience, two large HCM software integrations have been successfully handled with Wrike.

A little complex but worth the investment tool.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike claims its mission is to establish the next generation of management control globally with customized solutions for advertising and creative teams, project management teams, product management, delivering services teams, and more. Regardless of where users are in the collaborative environment, Wrike connects the entire organization and provides hundreds of integrations to streamline work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Although we undertake some agile work, almost all of our projects are handled waterfall. Each employee is in charge of often monitoring Wrike and updating their assignment tickets. I virtually always create and maintain the assignment tickets as the project manager. It is effective for task scheduling and assignment in either waterfall or agile style projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The administrators of an organization must regularly train on Wrike. After three years of trying to use it, I was hired at an organization because there was no mechanism champion defining use and encouraging buy-in. Although Wrike excels at providing ongoing client assistance, I believe it might have been more explicit about the requirement for an on-site expert during first setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing various projects and timelines, working with team members and stakeholders, monitoring project progress and performance, maintaining teams focused and on task, streamlining communication, and boosting team productivity are some of our top uses of Wrike. Wrike, in general, assists our teams in remaining organized and on top of their work so they can increase productivity and provide better outcomes.
