Robust and easy to learn project management system

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Tracking work and collaborating on huge projects with the application encourages teams to be more collaborative and reduces redundant emails inquiring whether a certain job was finished because you can only check Wrike. Unlike using email to stay organized, Wrike eliminates the need for paper to-do lists; now I have them all in one place, allowing me to organize them the way I see fit and letting me know if there is still work to be done to be on a project or not.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Know the state of the team's tasks and projects, be able to decrease emails, and utilize it as a communication tool. Adding documents to tasks/projects is a useful feature for cooperation outside of email. I like how simple it is to learn and how easy it is to keep organized across several projects. I particularly like the mobile and desktop applications and how they all sync together. The ability to make lists and track where you are on each particular and specialized objective assists me to stay organized and on top of my responsibilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to look back and discover past projects at times; the search or record keeping feature should be improved; I feel like I'm constantly striving to figure out how to find older projects. It may be tough to persuade complete teams to take on the responsibility of putting all their work in, and occasionally work isn't reflected because it hasn't been contributed to Wrike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It facilitates team collaboration and the development of powerful work projects; the possibilities for communication teams are quite useful, and they are developing ways to get more work done with Wrike. The reports, analytics, and dashboards are becoming better, with additional templates and possibilities. I really like the possibility to utilize blueprints or templates while linking them to request forms. Analyzing these projects also helps me to keep track of the project's/presentation's development and follow up as needed.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy

Wrike manages report generation

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

We all work from home in this place, so the magnitude of the partnership is critical. I have no idea how we would ever know what to do when without the tool. It's just not possible for us to take note. We use Wrike to generate biweekly newsletters about the activities we do for each of our clients. We explain exactly what is being done, how long it has taken and what stages it is in, which translates into an Excel and a GANTT.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sometimes it starts with Excel or a Word document outline, but the vast majority of the time we use Wrike folders, tasks, and subtasks to figure out how to tackle a large project. We use Wrike to see what has been assigned to others, perform tasks for others, discuss their work, inquire about their progress, and follow the status of things, without the need to meet in person or by message. 1,000,000 emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is complicated to set up email notifications correctly. I really wish its calendar could be complemented with the Google calendar.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Wrics to carry out the work, conceive the projects, store the documents and generate the Reports in the month. The projects we provide for our users are complex and sometimes require a great deal of information and collaboration.Wrike supports the task of keeping everything in one area.Wrike is not as concrete as something more expensive, for example Basecamp, so make sure it has the features you need. Many of the most interesting and beneficial features of Wrike can be found in the blog, videos or webinars.

Great tool for managing Business Projects.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

The most difficult issue I've tackled using Wrike is that team members frequently don't know where the project is in its life cycle. Keeping tasks, milestones, and dates up to date has assisted in reducing communication challenges, improving resource planning, identifying risks, and ensuring the project runs on schedule and on budget. We're also thinking about how to repeat cycles and processes in our groups when there are new recruits and turnover. It aids in the organization of your own work, and you can also submit information requests to clients in a very clear and systematic manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike makes it simple to create activities and performances, assign them to suitable groups, and collaborate on projects. It's versatile and adaptable; users can personalize how they use the product; it's a terrific method to examine tasks and deliverables through dashboards, tables, list views, and so on; and custom workflow is useful when many teams use the same platform for different objectives. Wrike ability to construct specific tasks for each project, ensuring that all parts of a project are taken into account, is my favorite feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no method to create it for other users without their creating an account; ideally, I'd like to produce dynamic links for Gantt charts and dashboards to distribute to external users who can keep track of project timelines. The primary disadvantage I've seen is that there isn't a decent location to save business-related papers or notes that aren't tied to a project. Wrike task management system lacks task prioritization, making it impossible to prioritize all project activities and advise team members on what to complete first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike is a very adaptable application that is suitable for many industries that require project management. Unlike other solutions, Wrike offers a unique and direct technique to accomplish recognition of the full project's information. In other words, you may share any aspect of your project plans with the appropriate individuals and manage them all in one location. Wrike is a simple tool that enables internal project management and collaboration procedures among team members, whether they are in the same office or on the other side of the world.
