What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

All departments in the company use Wrike. Since we implemented it, we use it to send requests for additional resources, problems or upcoming projects. All chats are easily organized in an intuitive interface. I was up and running in the first week of learning the technology. It has proven to be reliable as we have never had any outages or downtime while using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a lot of useful features, such as the Gantt chart, which helps us with complicated projects that require multiple tasks or phases to complete, as well as folders and projects. I like how the functionality has been planned, it's great that new custom fields can be created. It gives me multiple ways to view each of my projects, we can see it in dashboards, as a list, on a timeline and within a workload. It is a solid tool with good documentation and customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have to manually update the dates for each task because they often remain the same when I duplicate tasks instead of updating them to the current date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For companies managing projects that require a lot of teamwork and step-by-step tasks, it is extremely useful.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

It is very easy to use and pretty easy to onboard. Of the PM tools I've used, Wrike is the best in terms of easy of use, UI and features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI and time management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many emails. Can be managed by notification setting, but would have loved more options there.

Everybody's got preferences, but if you're considering PM tools, I would definitely recommend Wrike,

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike's robust collaboration features sets it apart from similar products. This is responsible for me being able to assign tasks, share files and comment on project issues in real time. As a result of the aforementioned, I am coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders and colleagues within my company , thereby facilitating communication and team productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create tailored workflows to organise my documents and tasks, to meet specific internal auditing requirements and needs within my organisation. Being able to do the above has helped connect the entire auditing processes across my department and ensure that our processes always conform with regulatory standards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have got no serious criticisms of Wrike from my experience so far. I will however like to see Wrike enable users to copy and paste information as against having to always type out details manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike is like a sandbox and the effectiveness depends a lot on how the software is setup and customized to meet the needs of the organisation.
