What differentiates Workvivo from other similar products?

Workvivo is incredibly user-friendly for both admins and general users. We were incredibly lucky to have implemented it just months before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. Workvivo is now the hub of all communications at CluneTech. It is functional in that it houses our internal policies and documents, but also fun and engaging in its features and layout. I honestly can't remember how we functioned before it!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's so user-friendly and allows us to communicate everything in a compelling, fun and engaging way. Prior to Workvivo, we had a very static intranet with the sole purpose of housing documents and policies. Workvivo has played a huge role in transforming our culture and has empowered our people to be at the core of our communications and engagement strategy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a demo! You need to see the product to truly understand the impact it can have on your organisation.

What differentiates Workvivo from other similar products?

Ease of use, clean layout and simple to navigate. Great customer service, always lightning speed response.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to bring together employees for all parts of the organisation to drive engagement, staff retention and (therefore) profit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would be good to have more customisation ability on home page (i.e more than one MPU / button) as often there are multiple key messages happening in the business at once.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product with exceptionally good support. Requires a communication / engagement strategy in order to maximise it's use. After all, the platform by itself won't change your culture, but it does make it considerably easier.
