Workplace from Meta is a great tool to customize to the needs of our company. You can share posts, leave comments on them, chat, make video calls and make announcements. I appreciate the chat tool as it allows me to send direct messages to any team member and make calls. You can use this platform to create an online survey, choose a date that everyone can watch and participate, to get real-time survey results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workplace from Meta slows down when viewing videos and photos.

Workplace ensures and encourages collaboration through the integration of group chat and instant messaging. Employees can respond in real time using the chat tool, and project groups are encouraged to have productive conversations. You can post an unlimited number of photos and videos.

I like Workplace for the following reasons: You can access your work chat from any location and at any time with the desktop program and the phone application. You can use the audio and video calling feature to communicate with team members. You can use this chat to send messages, files or any other document related to your work. To see your previous chats, you can use keywords to search for them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The format for bulk uploading data from a spreadsheet to Workplace can be challenging and requires IT involvement. This procedure may be easier. Video playback functionality could be improved.

I recommend Meta's Workplace, it allows you to share files and communicate with coworkers through chat, voice calls and video calls. For online meetings, you can use the chat system. In group conversations, you can add a profile picture, description, and pin message.
