It is created so that everyone can use it without needing to be a IT expert and that they can get began right away. Office 365, Google Workspace, and Service Now are all integrated like Workplace from Meta, but it's stronger than all of these, and users can create their own custom integrations to link any other applications they use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To analyze and evaluate on ROI, it is incredibly easy to follow campaign performance, use statistics, and high-performing groups using the given statistics. Additionally, gathering regulations, documentation, and educational materials in one location is simple and effective with the Information Library. With live stream and responses to questions, it is also highly innovative.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to your ability to remove a comment you've made, Workplace Chat is unreliable; it occasionally works and occasionally doesn't. Even when you select that choice, the remarks sometimes don't appear all at once and in chronological order when you visit a Workplace Live show after it has ended. It's a little too easy for people to miss your status because it's so subtle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In addition to giving our employees a one-stop shop for all information pertaining to the organization, it allows us to effectively convey announcements and news that are pertinent to the entire world. Additionally, it promotes open discussion by enabling employees at all levels to participate in discussions and present their thoughts and ideas.

What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

Workplace is so similar to Facebook itself that it requires little to no training at all. The chat and video conferencing features works great and can host up to 50 people at once, in case you need more than 50 people, you can integrate with any video platform (such as Zoom) and connect with it. The knowledge library works as an intranet and you can categorize the topics/contents, plus you can also manage access rights for each folder.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Similarity to Facebook. Companies with young people or people who are not techy-savy usually loves it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support is very weak. It takes days to get in contact with someone in the support team, however there are lots of content online about it, so most of the times you can fix it yourself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workplace is very cheap given all the features and functionalities you will get.

What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

Workplace from Meta is unique product as it has multiple employee inclusiveness and organizational integrity tools within one platform. There are certain features which other communication products doesn't have, like broadcasting of organizational announcements and news bulletin to all employees at once or can be shared to limited audience as per requirements. It has all the abilities of strong communication tool at one place as we can do chat, audio call, video call, conferencing, file sharing, webinars, and broadcasting all through one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects are video conferencing and team collaboration tools in Workplace from Meta.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The excessive email notifications from irrelevant groups are sometimes annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great communication and collaboration tool and big organizations can use it for multiple purposes and can enhance employee inclusiveness through this tool. Very much recommended for the people considering it.
