What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

We have tried different tools in our attempts to boost productivity and encourage engagement via our digital channels for each of the departments at the company. Workplace by Meta helped us reach our engagement goals, by providing the space for meaningful, professional business conversations via the "social-media" like interface. The metrics gathered were particularly useful in measuring work impacts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that all of the tools and features are regrouped in a single platform and also the pricing of $4, which is really affordable for such a professional tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am a bit disappointed with the fact that we had to pay extra (per user) to get priority customer support. This should already be included in my opinion in all plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a company, with the objective of having your team engaged online, Workplace by Meta is the perfect solutions. I do recommend wholeheartedly.

What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

We have been using Workplace since 2020 and it's been tremendously helpful in monitoring our progress over the previous two years. To find what we've been looking for, we may just scan a post at the main page. It's ideal for tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because its user experience is comparable to Facebook's, all notifications may be viewed from both cellphone and the desktop. However, if I browse through my email account, it does not need me to join in every day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel this should have been done in a much more dignified way. The minimalist UI is excellent, but the dreary site kills the atmosphere and causes one not like to spend any more time on something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's easy to use, fun, and a wonderful business device. Recommended to everyone
