What differentiates Workiz from other similar products?

Workiz is very easily understood and there is not a huge learning curve to understand its functionality and features. Customer service support has been exceptional and I appreciate their timely responses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that custom fields can be added so easily helps our sales team to keep track of lead progression and activity details. The ease of implementation was a huge plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish notifications could be more easily customizable. This way we could ensure that leads are getting the proper follow-up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them to do research beforehand to ensure that they're taking full advantage of the platform. Utilize the Workiz customer support and sales team because they can really empower you with their vast knowledge.

Honestly, the staff and support. My team can always get an answer or assistance when needed

GPS tracking to see where exactly where the team is

What do you dislike most about this product?

The phone aspect can be very tricky and buggy at times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Speak with the training staff, take the overview class, and then implement how this will assist or help your business/ function
