What differentiates Workiva ESG from other similar products?

Their after sales is great... they care that your project is a success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity of the platform. I like that we can easily interface with other software. Connectors to Oracle and our DataWarehouse. Setting specific times for queries to run and then push through the data to your spreadsheets. Workiva has made my life easier while I was in Commercial Reporting. I automated my reports from the database right through to the presentation. Click of a few buttons and it was done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Excel and Powerpoint version on Workiva could be a bit more robust like the actual MS versions, which would make my reports look better and easier to transition into the new system. Excel needs more MS Excel formulas and Powerpoint more MS Powerpoint functionality with Charts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Put in the time to build and implement this properly. Understand the system and the capabilities to get an understanding of what you can do with it instead of wondering if something is possible. You can do a lot with Workiva.

What differentiates Workiva ESG from other similar products?

Workiva ESG differentiates itself from other products through its user experience and all of its customizable features. This allows the product to be tailored to each individual client and make it easy for access for each

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this project is that it can be used as a data repository and keep all of our information and documentation in one central area where it can be accessed by who needs it

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I have issues with user access permissions and getting the files to load due to file size within the application causing me to have to download the information onto my computer to open and analyze

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product to all project managers who need a product that allows them to hold large amounts of data in a repository and have access for all users that need it
