What differentiates WorkForce Suite from other similar products?
I think the main differential point is the team at Workforce Software. We are firm believers of a great partnership is a solid foundation to success with products within our business. The amount of access we have to support and advice within the WFS team is second to none and sits much higher than any other software solutions we use. The implementation, onboarding and buy in culture that was driven by WFS has allowed us to experience great success using the software to enable growth and trust for our clients and employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whilst I find the foundation of the WFS product not super customizable, I find that I am also never told no to an idea being implemented or a workaround found. I enjoy the innovation of the product and the capability to stay relevant and explore ideas to further positively mobilize our workforce. Through this innovation, the mobile app designed for use by our employees is my favourite component within the total product. Allowing employees to engage with their rosters, timesheets, leave & notes from the manager has reduced manual management processes by at least 90% compared to before the product was implemented.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Firstly, this is a terrible question haha! There really is nothing I dislike about the product - for what I need it to perform, it does exceptionally. What might be seen as a downfall is if there is going to be an update or maintenance performed when I might not have access to the system, I am well informed ahead of time so I can prepare myself and our teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What are you waiting for? Do it! If you are in a need of a solution to resolve workforce management issues, you need to look into how this product will benefit your business and your workforce. The implementation phase is fully supported by a great team of people and it doesn't stop there. There is continuous ongoing support from account management level through to 24 hour support. On top of this, as the norm in the workplace moves to cloud-based platforms, WFS provides solutions that are accessible by all skill levels which really is just an added bonus!

Incredible configurability

What differentiates WorkForce Suite from other similar products?
The primary reason WorkForce Software was chosen was the ability for the customer to be able to configure the system as needed. Our organization's needs change rapidly and frequently and the ability to configure the system appropriately ourselves without having to wait for vendor has saved us countless time and money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The configurability is extremely flexible and powerful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The flip side of having a system that has the configurability and flexibility as WorkForce Software is that it is also complicated. The system requires an administrator with technical acumen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
WorkForce offers several levels of product certification training. I would definitely recommend investment in the training. In order to maximize the benefits of the system, the customer should have a technical administrator that can manage configuration on their own.
