What differentiates Workday Workforce Management from other similar products?

The ease of use is great and it's integration capabilities are wonderful. We switched from BambooHR to Workday and it's been great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The slack/workday integration has been very neat

What do you dislike most about this product?

We've pulled in Workday data into Snowflake and the raw tables are a bit messy

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It may be a little more expensive than some other tools, but you'll regret not having great software as you grow

It's important to note however that workforce planning goes beyond just recruiting new employees; it also considers ways for organizations to develop their current employees' skills or provide training opportunities for those who don't have them yet.

Workforce planning is a way to stay ahead of the competition. It helps you manage your labour budget and costs, prepare for unexpected events and identify employees who need additional training to succeed in their roles.
