The best noted aspect of workday learning is its emphasis on personalized learning experiences. The platform tailors content to individual needs, promoting more effective skill development and knowledge Acquistion for users within an organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may vary from user to user I opine initial set up and customization of workday learning can be complex, require careful configuration. and also, the pricing structure is also high for small organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While choosing workday learning, consider the size and needs of your organization. Better to have resources for initial setup and customization. Evaluate its integration capabilities with your existing systems and the level of support provided.

Integrated in our Workday HCM platform, so one plateform for Human resources, Talent acquisition, Payroll, Benefits & Learning

All Learnings tools are centralized in Workday, we don't have to use another platform

So far so good, very intuitive, accessible, one access

What do you dislike most about this product?

I use Workday daily for checking in and out of work, and Workday Learning during my downtime. For the past year and two months, I haven't had any issues with either.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a system to easily manage employee data (demographics, pay, preferences, schedule), or aid with career journies, then Workday Learning is the software for you. Your employees will excel in skills, whether picked by a dedicated team, or general knowledge to increase productivity.
