What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
I have been a workday user for a long time, but in my previous jobs and industry it meant one thing and in my current role it actually means something different. I was not used to more than doing appraisals through the tool, but I was able to explore the wider set of features it carries based on the installation we use and how deeply embedded it is in our talent management team. I was impressed with how easy it is to set workflows for common (yet not always simple) processes such as opening a headcount requisition and transforming it into an actual job posting, while you get to manage candidate profiles and eventually set them up as employees
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very easy to navigate and find things once you know your way around. It helps if your company doesn't throw a thousand things in there too!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not so straight forward for first time users, a more user friendly education center would be nicer too.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a leader for a reason, I'd definitely recommend it for mid-sized and larger companies!

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
I have no experience from similar capital management tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has well developed tools that keeps our assets records effectively and safely. Planning of our organization funds is well carried out from the excellent reports we get in the organization. It has minimized losses that are experienced do to poor decision making and increased our profit gains.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike from the operation of this platform across our company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend this great platform to any organization for better capital management.
