What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Integrations are easy with hassle-free support all time and consists of great features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides a centralized platform for managing all aspects of the employee daily life, it helps in recruiting and on boarding people and helps in performance management and maintaining payroll records. it also helps in time off and leave management, the important aspect of this is manages with high security. we do have mobile applications for us to access easily. overall, it is high rated product so far, I used.

What do you dislike most about this product?

bit expensive than any other HCM's

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I see that they don't provide services for companies consists of up to 50. recommend starting for them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Workday HCM is its ability to provide real-time insights into our workforce. The analytics and reporting features empower our HR team to make informed decisions, identify trends, and proactively address issues. This has been invaluable in aligning our human resources strategy with the overall business objectives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial investment and ongoing subscription costs could be perceived as high, but the value it brings in terms of efficiency and productivity often justifies the expense.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While the investment may be significant, the long-term benefits in terms of efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic decision-making make Workday a worthy choice for our IT company's HR management needs.
