My favorite aspect is Workday’s intuitive user interface and real-time data analytics, which enhance decision-making and streamline HR processes. The integrated nature of its modules also simplifies management across different business functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday HCM can be expensive and complex to implement, particularly for smaller organizations. The system’s extensive customization options may also lead to a steep learning curve and potential overcomplication.
