What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Very intuitive, navigation features has many options, From Payroll perspective, it is very easy to run payroll, make changes during payroll, year-end features are very easy to handle,, ROE integration and generating amending roe so easy. Time and attendance features which allows us run the payroll and all time entry or time off changing integrates in payroll easily. Time off feature will display balances immediately, so we don't have to wait end of payroll cycle, Benefits section very easy to understand and view, pay stub generation in pdf, view of Investment profile, contributions, easy to administer correction, creating off-cycle pays, etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Changing during payroll process, during year -end process, reconciliation, updating correcting aspects, All updates are instantly, retro features are excellent, and pick up any changes and reflect in payroll: Benefits, time entry, time off, investments , compensation changes,. Reconcile all remittances, General ledgers generation very easy. New hires and terminations processes are automated and flow to payroll accordingly. Any additional payments are flowing to payroll immediately, with no issue. Automation, I would say the strenght of this product, Analytic and reporting, dashboards for managers, payroll, hr are excellent, automation etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, we have get used to very small caracters,

First of all to build teammembers who have experience with this product
