What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday HCM software is easily reconfigured and customized. Its out-of-the-box reporting framework is appealing. It handles HR, payroll, workforce, talent, employee experience, workforce planning, analytics, and reports. It has a lot going for it, and it's worth checking out. The framework for business processes is one that I find appealing. It lets people flow. They're given a project to work on, a decision to make, etc. It reduces HR's administrative burden and puts event ownership on the individual. Workday offers excellent functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday HCM manages HR, payroll, leaves and attendance, employee self-service, assets, performance, and onboarding. It is an internal HCM system used by staff worldwide. It is easy to use, has precise instructions, and doesn't require training. I love that it looks like a social network for businesses. I'm enjoying the business process framework. It's a seamless transition and allows us to have people in the flow. Technology helps us analyze our workforce, generate analytics, and make smarter business decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our early adopters couldn't perform functions that hadn't been transferred. Confusing notification portal. I'll read messages or alerts, but they'll remain unread for months, adding to notification review time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend time learning Workday HCM's features and tools. It's a powerful tool if used properly. It is a robust system that is suitable for larger businesses. It's excellent for HCM core, recruiting, benefits, and onboarding.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

The user interface is simple to use and maneuver. I appreciate how the icons make logical sense for what they're pointing to, and how it's a really visual user interface. I haven't seen any issues, and the sites load quickly. It also comes in a variety of languages, ensuring that no one is left back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the fact that I can access my account and information at whatever time. In one area, I can examine my MTO, rewards, and benefit packages. The home screen appears to be uncluttered and basic. It might be the first place a user looks to figure out what they need to get from the system. There are additional parts for employees and managers to talk about their technical training objectives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm having trouble accessing earlier performance reports, and I never seem to get on the very first attempt when attempting to access old quarters or weeks. It would improve the Workday product if there was a lot more clear option on the panel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Admins may now add a business background image, which we thought was a great addition. It's also a powerful tool, enabling us to create sheets from information and databases and swiftly bring in new employees who aren't familiar with the system. We had many improvements, each of which improved the procedure.
