What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Much more comprehensive than other HRIS systems used. It does need sometime to get used to and can feel a bit more cumbersome as the UI may not be that user friendly as other HRIS and can feel very SAP like

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Workday is intuitive, easy to use and locate information. All processes for the Employee lifecycle can be processed in Workday and it's really straightforward to pull reports on the system for analysis. It is an effective tool not only for HR and Managers but also for employees. Entering time off is quick and easy, accessing training/L&D is enjoyable to access and looks good in the Learning Module. The tool is functional and reliable for recruitment and keeping track of new applications and the recruitment process. The subsequent hire and onboarding of a candidate is clear and unambiguous in the tool. I extremely enjoy using this product
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Recruitment module and onboarding - it's so simple to use, it's easy to see in the job req where we are in the process and once someone is hired all the job req and historical information is kept and easily accessible by HR.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say that Workday is more suitable for larger organisations. If you have a workforce of up to 20 employees then a smaller system would be more appropriate and cheaper. From what I have been advised Workday is an expensive product but I personally feel it's worth paying for. I love the fact that I can approve transactions on my Workday app or on my laptop while travelling for business.
