What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

The workday HCM, unlike other HR financial management systems we considered, has allowed us to have a unified view of employee data and financial insights. I m impressed by how (during our annual budget planning) we can easily align staffing needs with financial projections without toggling between different systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mine is the user-friendly interface of Workday. When onboarding new staff during peak seasons, the intuitive design helped us quickly input and verify employee information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Getting the right technician behind us during implementation in the UAE was quite a task.
