What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday allows management and owners of a company to dictate employee and contractor hours and benefits. They could see time off requests from this system and approve or disapprove as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect about Workday is the on-the-go features. Employees and management can view schedules and hours anywhere and the system updates almost immediately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say any features of Workday I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If workplace management is all you need for hours and basic payroll functions, this is the product to choose.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

You can tell it is much more current, it is extremely intuitive to direct employees to where they want to find different information, like Payroll or Requesting Time Off. Other software I have experience with have been far less intuitive or had more clicks involved or you had to dig to find what you were looking for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use to find the information you are wanting most! In most cases, you don't even need to contact Human Resources or Payroll with monthly needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Onboarding Area and Trainings available to help a company get up and going could use more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is by far the best all around product option that you have to manage your workforce. There are good companies that do have good products. But, if you are looking for the top option that will be easy for your employees to interact with, minimize hardships that can come from an application where employees have a hard time interacting with, then this is your choice! Although I was not involved in the implementation, I understand that went extremely well and as an end use side, it was very easy and not disruptive at all!

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday Human Capital Management can handle the employee from the apply to the retirement. This product help to follow the daily attendance, the payroll, the holidays etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an employee I can reach all my HR data in one program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most of the managers did not accept holiday application just from Workday. So the employee need to write e-mail to every person. I think that would be a modul where one up manager get an e-mail notification automatically when an reportee ask for somehting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For big organisation this is a useful tool for managing employee data. I think middle or little companies not worth to invest this technology.
