What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

After searching for many softwares that would help us to keep an order with the employees' information, we have found Workday HCM and it has been the great solution. In a single program we can store employee information, from their CVs to leave, attendance, payroll and task management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is a very complete tool where in a single program you can put all the employee's history. I really like that it sends to email when there is any pending activity by the worker, so you can track individual employees. The program is very friendly and intuitive, so it is very easy to adapt to it and learn how to use it. And it can be used from the beginning with the personnel search, from the job posting, interviews, to the choice of the candidate. All very complete and orderly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some points against is that the more employees you enter the system, the more difficult it is to search for their profile, plus it becomes a little heavy and slow the program to work it. The customer service can be improved, as it is not very efficient at the time of consulting to solve some errors that the program may throw.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Particularly, this software has helped us enormously to maintain order in the human resources department, so we highly recommend it. It is the quickest, easiest and most orderly way to keep.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

We can manage all the employee related data from a single spot this is what it makes different from other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part is that it is available in different languages, which is helpful in countries where English is not the primary language. The application can be used on mobile as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is quite hard to navigate from one section to another which suggests that the UI is not user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for HCM as it will help to manage the whole HR process.
