What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

it differs from others by the easy use of the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an employer and employee, I like the flexibility the workday provides. Payroll and time off management were simplified for me as a manager. Everything was in my hands, and I had a lot of tasks to attend to at the same time. workday makes it a breeze to accomplish As a new manager, I was able to utilize Workday to ease the on-boarding process for new workers and put my mind at ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday might be overwhelming for workers who aren't tech savvy or are stuck in the stone age. It's simple to pick up and operate, thanks to the application's pleasant aesthetics and straightforward appearances.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clocking in and out, paid time off, communication, and payroll are just a few of the features that may be managed via a single website.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

I think the value it create is far better as oppose to other alternative especially in term of integration and cost

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Lack of notification emails when updates are done or if pending items are awaiting responses. -Effective dating not available for all changes in generates reports. For example, if a change was made to a certain field, the report generated does not display the effective date of the change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say before considering the product, one should be aware of its outlook and appearance and also size of the organization would highly affect the performance. From my experience it work best for medium size organization

It’s less intuitive and reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It looks pretty.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is horrible, and the Help section is never relevant for what you need to do. The version it shows examples in was never the same as what I had

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Run away as fast as you can. Even ePeople is better
