What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday Human Capital Management can automate tasks such as talent management, payroll, compensation, which reduces administrative burden. From the same portal, workers will be able to consult their benefits, request vacations, access and modify their personal information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to manage personnel, contract, schedule, and attendance data makes Workday Human Capital Management attractive to me. Facilitates the automation and management of employee benefits, salaries and payrolls. I can supervise and develop employees' talents, as well as manage their performance, professional growth and training. Hiring and other personnel selection procedures are also simplified, including the publication of job offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite the user-friendly layout, mastering all the features to fully utilize the platform may require some time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To track and approve vacations, leaves, and work plans, as well as manage time and absences, I suggest using Workday Human Capital Management. The planning and projection of personnel needs in accordance with the strategic objectives of the business could benefit from this.

Employees can access all core HR functions from their mobile devices since it has a mobile application with good UI.
