Very easy to access any information you may have about benefits, and smooth to navigate.

Perfect for hybrid positions for those days I may not be in office but still want to get answers about coverage or benefits.

Don't use it extensively enough to name a dislike.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
it has a large adoption and a lot of folks are already familiar with its interface
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
time tracking and integration with other softwares and reporting and analytics
What do you dislike most about this product?
lot of its features are buggy and slow, for example org chart doesn't open most of the time when selected a hierarchy in which more than hundreds records exist, similarly search results are very slow and not relevant most of the time
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
mostly its difficult to replace in big orgs as its a complex process but if you are considering other product in a big org make sure it works according to your org scale and take feedback from some of your employees
