Workbooks CRM is the most reliable and cost friendly platform that can be acquired by many organizations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has smart user interface that offers great room for engagement with our customers. It has enabled our marketing team to survey areas with large number of potential customers and come up with strategies of winning them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not experienced great challenge that can affect our customer engagement journey from this platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this great tool to any company for effective and powerful customer relations with great Returns on Investment.

What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?
Workbooks has a very easy and intuitive interface, which makes it great for SME's that doesn't require the advanced functionality of larger corporates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy and intuitive layout. It was very easy to get started with Workbooks, as the main functionality follows a simple structure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Compared to Salesforce, functions are limited (no apps etc)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great CRM system, especially for a SME

What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?
I like this system because in its functional management not only focuses on basic CRM software like any other program, but also includes certain features totally effective, among which I can mention is the optimization of tools necessary for the growth of the organization, including improvements in automation, cost reduction and customer service
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way it keeps pipeline usage relatively small on your PR servers, which in turn, increases the effectiveness of lead management
What do you dislike most about this product?
The excess of functions that it contains, there are several of those functions that tend to be junk and very little is used in the necessary management
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That Workbooks is the ideal customer management and satisfaction tool that any company can count on because it offers complex measures to develop strategic opportunities
