What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?
It is a great instrument to create Reports and Dashboards that give you knowledge of your Case KPIs. Understanding your client care execution will assist you with pursuing the ideal choices - eventually expanding consumer loyalty. It gives a more top to bottom glance at your clients so they don't escape everyone's notice. The usability and the option to explore the framework are exceptionally helpful. The degree of writing about exercises, amazing open doors, existing client data and deals figures.I do like how Workbooks manages our activities and allows for continued and well-time managed clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and being able to navigate the system is very useful. The level of reporting on activities, opportunities, existing customer information and sales forecasts. It's easy to use, easy to customise and the reporting functionality is brilliant. The training videos make it easy to train staff and refresh skills. I like that Workbooks is constantly evolving. The team is continually adding functionality and enhancing the user experience based on direct feedback from their client base. They're not a faceless organisation hiding behind chatbots and FAQ posts. When you need help, they're there, working with you to give you the support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most of my gripes have been addressed over time as Workbooks has evolved, or the Tech team has shown or created solutions for me. In the early days, information was too many clicks away, but that has got a lot better with recent releases and our own customisation of form layouts. Linking and Synchronising MS Outlook with Workbooks.Choosing whether to link e-mails to a person or organisation is unclear. This means the e-mail history and Summary need to be trawled through and filtered to identify a discussion trail. Goldmine was much easier.The Calendar's inability to synchronise recurrent meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great CRM system, especially for a SME. would ask them to look at how there will use the system and set it up properly. We didn't set it up the best way for our set up, and it has now caused problems with how we make it work better for our current needs. If you are looking for a system that will allow you to quickly quantify your data and make it so you can filter through this quickly this system will work for you. Good use of tools for CRM and daily workflow. The way that you can share your progress of tasks, opportunities and company info with your fellow colleagues on shared platform. Workbooks is laid out in a really clean format.

What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?
It is a web-based platform for customer relationship management which helps in improving and maintaining customer engagement. It helps in enhancing service processes of customers, sales and marketing. It helps in streamlining your business processes that how you are creating invoices, organizing and planning events, fulfilling orders and communicating with suppliers and customers. It is integrated with Google Adwords which allows user to track online effective campaigns. It is helpful in reducing operational costs as it automates, streamlines and simplifies business processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can schedule your activities by setting notifications to remind you timely. It is helpful in financial management as it provides visibility which will increase productivity, efficiency and profit. It is integrated with Google and Outlook thus it synchronizes your emails and contacts to Google.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes you may face errors while creating reports. You may face difficulties while adding and customizing new modules. If you hire a consultant it may cost you more. Only two authorized contacts will be able to contact support teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It helps to spot a problem and helps in resource allocation, planning projects and controlling cost. It is helpful for companies’ financial operations by integrating their financial operations. It is supported by various languages.

What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?
A CRM tool to provide efficient management of interaction with old and new customers. Its user interface is simple and clean which makes it simple for user to make his way through. It provides order tracking feature and good user management. The whole system is very flexible and allows managing screens and reports as per user’s wish. Its customer support team is really active and helps with every sort of issue with an ever-happy face.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a cost-efficient method to bring I.T to a business. It is a software that is designed and developed to help its user to generate revenue, monitor financial management and resource management, and have a deep understanding of the project for maximum productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software takes some time to boot and often lags in speed too. Its flexibility sometimes causes difficulty to figure out what output does a user actually want. Manual input is needed to serve the purpose. Managing multiple user types is a challenge. Search feature and image uploading needs improvement as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For lead management, it is an excellent tool to have a deep insight of the whole business cycle and to keep track of financial and procedural progress.
