What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is suitable for larger customers with more demanding technical needs. Performance does not diminish no matter the size of the project, it gives the enterprise-level customers we deal with the security, speed and scalability they require; it's a powerful hosting plan designed specifically to handle high traffic volume with unmatched performance and security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In addition to the high cost, WordPress VIP has very strict coding standards and processes, which means it's not suitable for most businesses. There are no smaller hosting packages for organizations with lower budgets. Time zone issues with support can occasionally occur, it's not a low-cost option, but it's worth it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It really supports enterprise level clients in managing digital assets endlessly, so even end users with little experience or teachings can take advantage; this provides an exceptional level of benefits and increases optimization for the client. Working with WordPress VIP makes you feel like there are no limits. When support is required, they go above and beyond what you can expect in terms of general support. They take security very seriously and, due to the nature of VIP, it is rarely a concern for the end user.
