What differentiates WordPress VIP from other similar products?

A definitive understanding of WordPress through their association with Automattic means they're ahead of the curve and at the cutting edge. That knowledge means they deliver a hosting solution that is well suited to enterprise and they can provide suitable solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support model, before implementation and after. The WordPress VIP team effectively enhance our new business offer and support us in the engagement of new opportunities. Furthermore when implemented a WordPress website will run quicker, safer and is ultimately more scalable, this provides us with peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Obviously the cost could be better, however you pay for what you get...perhaps a cheaper option to make it more appealing to the medium sized organisations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ignore the cost, think about the opportunities it'll bring with safer, secure and more stable hosting you'll be able to think about evolving the website, not worrying about whether your website is live all the time.

What differentiates WordPress VIP from other similar products?

WordPress VIP is really a fully managed, high performance website hosting solutions with a 24/7 customer support. While other solutions offer shared-hosting. WordPress VIP offers dedicated hosting, combined with its powerful CDN features, redistributing traffic and load-balancing your website throughout their 20+ datacenters around the world. They contribute in reducing the latency, hence speeding up your websites.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

WordPress VIP can handle huge spikes in traffic which is amazing for e-commerce stores for sales periods and black Friday offers. The security is strong, guaranteeing optimal protection of your website from hackers and DDOS attacks. The free SSL as well as the anti-spam features really contribute to a secure environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a rigid approach and strict review when it comes to the installation of 2rd party plug-ins. You do not have the full control. Additionally setup is is $5000, which is grossly exaggerated in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have an average budget of $2500 per month dedicated to powering and securing your current or new website, WordPress VIP is a good choice. I recommend for enterprises.
