What differentiates Whereby from other similar products?

Whereby is a growing platform that offers a set of tools tailored specifically to our needs to improve internal communication and interaction with customers. This was our main objective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall I have had good experience using this tool for my online meetings, it is quite reliable and easy to use. I like its user interface, it is intuitive and easy to use, plus the audio and video quality is excellent. Another thing I love is that it allows me to schedule and customize meetings with incredible ease and has useful features for remote collaboration and support. Whereby also has the ability to customize meeting links, which has been a great help to me in having recurring meetings with my colleagues and clients. Confirmation is very easy and the connection has always been stable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In its free version it is not possible to record meetings and meetings are time limited to 2 hours. In the paid version I have not found anything to dislike so far, its interface is simple, the connection is stable and it has useful tools for collaboration and remote support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whereby has all the necessary tools and functionalities to have a good experience with online meetings. Its free version was quite good and the paid version is much better and does not have an exorbitant cost like many other videoconferencing applications. Its connection is stable and so far it has not given me problems to schedule meetings with my coworkers and my clients; the personalized URL has made communication more comfortable, it allows us to share screen and the audiovisual quality is amazing.

What differentiates Whereby from other similar products?

It works on mobile, tablet, computer, and any other tool that has a web browser, microphone and webcam and recording and downloading our conversations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing the same personalised link for every meeting – easy to remember and easy to join. The video link is generated automatically when creating an event.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Quite light in terms of functionality and there are still very few advanced features, otherwise it is extremely easy to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hosts can start meetings via their smartphone and can even hand over control to another participant. Participants can join meetings via their browser, apps for Android, iOS or Windows Phone, or a phone call.
