What differentiates Whatfix from other similar products?

This platform is exceptional for the application of new IT methods for consumers with different skills, this system allows users their own help suggestions, For the autonomous learning space of contents in a system, Whatfix is ​​the most convenient, since it provides many possibilities due to the different presentation offers. All this is carried out with the support of the personal development department and they are generating effective results in our sales management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The experience obtained by using this system is very satisfactory for our work team, because it simplifies the training of each worker, making it efficient and effective, and reduces customer service costs by making the platforms self-service, in addition. It generates entertainment sessions and quick answers to our questions are obtained.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Likelihood of choosing content/widgets on the fly to prompt crafting We would like p2p for a single content, and for now it is not possible. I would expect the filters on the dashboard to be preserved when you choose a content, these days you have to filter over and over again. It would be great to have different layout options for smart tips.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whatfix is ​​the most convenient, as it can be examined more individually, specifically and directly for the different recipients. The evaluation options are also much broader and more detailed. We believe that Whatfix is ​​provided for spaces in which there are delicate paths to follow within a process, for which an example is as clear as claiming an expense.

What differentiates Whatfix from other similar products?

Whatfix are constantly improving their product with key features and lots of this is influenced directly, by ME! They listen to what I want/need the Whatfix product to be able to do and take product improvement requests very seriously for additions to their roadmap. This is an extremely client-centric vendor and I've had no less than 30 feature enhancements that I've requested directly that have been implemented into the product as it is today. The Whatfix support team is OUTSTANDING and far surpasses any organisations support model that I've worked with previously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility! If you can think of something...in most cases, Whatfix can help you achieve it. Being a very creative thinker and someone that likes to innovate, I didn't think a lot of my ideas could be brought to life using a Digital Adoption tool...I was very pleasantly surprised! Being able to work WITH Whatfix to improve the experience of using their application for MY internal customers also helps make the product stronger and more feature-rich. We have grown together hugely over the past 4.5 years and have a mutually beneficial relationship.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Whatfix Dashboard (Administration Console) could still use some UI and Quality of Life improvements when it comes to managing and organising content, but I'm (and I'm sure other clients of theirs) are working with them to make significant improvements to this area of the application across 2022. Everything work as required. It could be a little more fluid though and provide a deeper level of content life-cycle management capabilities than we currently see today.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about how a Digital Adoption tool can fit into your existing technology stack and how something like Whatfix can compliment other tools you may already have in place (LMS, CMS platforms etc.). Whatfix is a great tool for 'the next steps' of an onboarding course(s) you might have in an LMS platform for example, once your users are live in the system and require in-the-moment, on-screen assistance. Think about what happens when you need help. The support is second-to-none!
