What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
The only other expense management software I've used is Expensify, which I preferred due to the ease of use in tracking employee credit card spend. For me, the differentiation for Webexpenses is not a positive one.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that there are suggested receipts to match a certain expense item and that the system can be customized to our organization's expense codes. Having the mobile app in general is a great thing, but I can't rely on it loading or working properly most of the time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Webexpenses is incredibly glitchy on both mobile and desktop versions, and it's not intuitive for users. The mobile app crashes often, and you can only select one receipt to upload at a time. It's hard to rename receipts to keep them organized, and sometimes the website will time out and not save your progress. Even just previewing or selecting receipts to attach to a particular expense can be cumbersome. I even have to upload receipts from my phone through the mobile app and then log in from desktop and organize and attach them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly recommend considering other options and especially vetting the mobile app options.

Easy for using and adopting with employees that have expenses needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of adopting expense lines with minimal effort in describing the expense.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No enough innovation or tools to help expand to be more like SAP Concur
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Feel free to do so if your company has a budget for an expense management system that's quick and easy to use! But don't expect surgical features.
