What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?

It simple for users to submit the travel expenses, also the system to track real time approval is a great feature of this tool. This also enhances financial control for the project and hlp to minimize the cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple and Intuitive navigation. When submiting travel expenses, it maps the route. user just needs the postal code and the tool will shows up on the map and plans the route.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some times while submitting claim, there are multiple entries and bills needs to be uploaded against each entry which can be modified to have a consolidated one and then it can extract automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webexpenses is great tool for expense management and also we can track real time approval of the claim submitted. Also for Project it helps to keep the budget management for expenses.

Nothing really. It’s slow and complicated

Nothing stands out as my favourite

It’s slow. Complicated and unclear. It’s made to save time but in reality it adds too much work on the end user

Be patient and expect a fiddly interface

What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?

Functionality - seamlessly connects finance department and your line manager for the double approval of expenses. Storage of receipt so that you can complete the same expenses or complete at a later date.

How intuitive it is.

The lack of training material

You will need assistance to put expenses in once, after which you'll be able to figure it out and adapt your method
