it help to log my mileage simply by using the built in google maps. Drag and drop to attach receipt is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Location tool is not always correct. Sometime it works very Slow.

Additionally, the description area on reimbursement lines is excessively tiny, making it challenging to see invoice numbers and other crucial information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate that you can take a picture of a receipt and it will automatically produce a claim for you instead of manually filling out every form, which is a laborious procedure that the company previously employed to claim expenditures. The account manager and the support team are polite and really helpful. They respond and act right away.

Improved customer focus compared to account focus is possible. There are occasionally issues with uploading. Quicken the claims procedure with direct messages to the account manager.
