What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?

The reporting capability, and the customisation we can program to give to our users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As Parent Admin: the ease of moving between companies/divisions, of amending cost centres and policy, of controlling the data in and out of the system. I also really like the Custom section of Reports: other admin users have an array of specific reports for the focused information they need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our mileage rate version is cumbersome, but is the best we can do given the profusion of rates we have. The carbon estimating calculator is imprecise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check out what version/optimisations might be best for you - it works for us with 5+ separate UK business units in 9 divisions on the system. It also handles company credit cards easily, and the reporting is very customisable.
