Webex enables hosting webinars and offering a smooth experience at scale. Our company often hosts webinars, and using Webex has made it easier for us to reach more people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

IT support is needed for the configuration and maintenance of the complex setup and administration. difficulties with performance, such as lengthy load times and occasional glitches or freezes

Consider Webex if your team would benefit from integrating it with any other collaboration or communication solutions, such as task management or file storage, that your team may currently be using.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

I can't really say that there is a big difference, but I understand that it is more noticeable in the integrations with Cisco Webex for example and that it is very easy to use as well.

Well, for me what I liked the most about the functions is the advanced messaging, it is very good, since it allows us to share files and documents in order to work more efficiently

I think it's a bit expensive compared to other products

Webex Messaging is a comfortable space that has not allowed me to have a proper flow of meetings with all my coworkers. The good thing and what I like about this program is how dynamic it becomes with the digital whiteboard, this makes it much easier to expose and explain each of the projects that you start in my work environment, it is important that all our colleagues manage the same information is because we make them participate in each of the calls that we create through Webex Messaging, this program is really good, it meets our needs when communicating on the web, this program has free versions or trials that we like, since these types of versions usually lack options and space Webex Messaging has made it possible for me to enjoy its services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We believe that the interface of this program can be improved, we are a great work team that usually meets and talks through this medium, but we are aware that in the first steps with this program it was difficult for us to fully understand the correct use of this program. program, the truth is somewhat confusing the first times you use it, it will depend on the practice time to master it.
