What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

There's nothing this app has that separates it from competition. It has the quality, ease of use, and excellent customer service and sales. But it is Cisco, and you'll pay a lot for those tiers of service you need for your business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quality and ease of Administration are my favorites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost, of course its Cisco, anything by them is high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco has been around a long time, and they've always been at top notch quality. You do pay for that quality and customer service, but it's a fully reliable product. You get more support than some of the other competitors. There's no negotiation room for pricing, but make sure you contact a solid sales agent from Cisco, or work with a proprietary 3rd party vendor that knows all of Cisco's meeting products so that you get exactly what your business needs.

Webex Meetings are reliable and high-quality video conferencing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's sync with outlook, google calendar and other calendar apps, which makes scheduling easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Experience over mobile app is not that great, and bandwidth issue can hamper experience

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If bandwidth is not an issue, webex is great tool as its very secure and user experience is also great
