Webex provides a robust level of security, particularly in safeguarding our data when screen-sharing with both internal and external stakeholders, surpassing the standards set by comparable platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I particularly appreciate Webex's attention tracker tool, which enables me to monitor if team members are engaged during meetings. Additionally, the seamless sharing of PDFs, Docs, and Videos directly enhances the effectiveness of marketing and promotional presentations to clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface becomes frustrating on slower or unstable internet connections, frequently leading to unresponsiveness. Moreover, the "rooms" feature falls short of expectations in terms of functionality and performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider initially opting for the Webex Business plan, ensuring all team members are comfortable with its usage before transitioning to the Webex Enterprise plan.

Webex is incorporated into Cisco ecosystem and has a high level of security and reliability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the application for its user-friendly interface, simplicity and security, automatic noise removal, possibility to join from any device, and free subscription available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In Webex, meeting follow-up feature isn't available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best way to get acquainted with the product is to try it out. Fortunately, Webex provides a free plan.
