What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Videoconferencing uncomplicated without traveling, you can meet instantly. Users connect to the virtual meeting usuando video and audio HD across desktop, web, mobile device or video system. To join you just have to press a button and you will have entered quickly. Best of all is that you can register for free, and also get more advanced plans. Security, privacy, and knowledge management with Cisco WebEx experience is ten times better than face interactions or any other application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows face-to-face meetings with clients from anywhere in the world. It is possible to all be in the same communion with the use of the shared screen, so that everyone has a notion of what is presented in real time. You get a messaging platform with plenty of options to keep the team connected and up-to-date on the work being done, even after the meeting is over. You can share documents or applications, large files, and keep them in a safe space where they will be available, you can also share your desktop screen. It has individual and group messaging. To make the conversation more enjoyable, include animated gifs, emojis, and reactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about cisco webex, it has all the necessary facilities for video conferencing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

: Includes high definition video and audio: High quality video conferences with a maximum of 1000 attendees. Audio can be connected through your computer, a dial-in number, or have the meeting call you directly. Incredible meeting controls: Meeting control bar and easy-to-access meeting features, such as individual sales, blurred / virtual backgrounds, and more. Recordings locally or in cloud storage and transcripts automatically. Meetings are planned and organized very easily, they are saved in the calendar, and when the day arrives, it is integrated through google or microsoft, keeping your data and privacy protected.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

There are lots of differences between Webex and other software which I have used. I feel Webex needs some more improvement in services and customer support. To be honest, I will not consider this for an official meeting over other software like Microsoft Team or Zoom. This needs improvement in almost all aspect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Usual software, nothing special which makes this software stand different from market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is high and customer service is not that great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think twice and research before using this software as there are other software which might be better for meetings in my point of view.
