What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Cisco Webex Meetings is effective because of the large amount of cloud storage included in each of the service plans, it is considerably greater than that of other video conferencing services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Cisco Webex Meetings to access via desktop applications for Mac and PC, with mobile application option for iOS and Android, it makes it easy for meeting attendees who join to have the same control as the host, flexible to decide on layouts, as well as activate or deactivate audio and video, also to share information on screens.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Cisco Webex Meetings, the procedure to connect to a meeting can take a certain time, so you have to act with caution considering the time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Cisco Webex Meetings is secure offers end-to-end 256-bit encryption, plus moderation and lock controls allow you to keep spaces private.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Cisco Webex Meetings is outstanding allows a wide integration with other tools such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint useful to streamline collaboration throughout the organization, it is beneficial to map directly to Google Workspace, Outlook and synchronize meetings with the chosen calendar, whatever that allows you to schedule meetings, check the availability of participants and share invitations externally.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Cisco Webex Meetings to use with HD video screen, and display up to 25 participants at the same time, allows chatting within the call, whiteboard to collaborate on notes, as well as meeting rooms, it also allows the function of control and use Screen sharing without impact on screen quality, easy to share or switch between separate windows or the entire desktop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco Webex Meetings works well to host online meetings, share audio and video efficiently without hassle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Cisco Webex Meetings is platform independent, so you can join from any device anywhere, it does not require installing the desktop application to join, and the browser and applications.

Cisco Webex Meeting differs from other products in that it provides advanced security for content and information shared during calls through advanced encryption and decryption technologies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Cisco Webex Meetings allows the sharing of high quality audio and video through advanced codecs, with the option to share the screen, document and videos works correctly, it also allows you to record meetings and download them later to watch them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco Webex Meetings sometimes has noise interference when bandwidth is low.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Cisco Webex Meetings for its availability of cloud storage for meeting recordings and joining a meeting by landline from anywhere.
