Webex Meetings is flexible software that can certainly meet the conferencing needs of any corporation because it functions flawlessly regardless of team size.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one thing about Webex Meetings that I don't like is that it doesn't reach as many people as Zoom. Therefore, it serves a very specific purpose, and while Zoom is more intuitive, you're less likely to make new users feel at ease using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My colleagues and I can work remotely with the aid of Webex Meetings. It uses the least amount of bandwidth when comparing to other video conferencing options, which is a huge plus for some of my coworkers who don't always have access to reliable Wi-Fi. Still, most of this software's functions can be utilized to start meetings and events. It is simple to use and manage from a system administrator's perspective. Numerous features are available for events, including rapid surveys, a whiteboard, attendance figures, etc. We never experienced an intrusion during meetings, and the video and audio were usually excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need to train new users because average end customers could better like it. To start a meeting, we can only use Cisco video endpoints because we cannot register any other endpoints. The fact that it needs to be natively integrated into Microsoft Outlook and that we must install an additional tool to schedule meetings using Webex from email complicates things for most end users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The regularly improved UI/UX and product documentation on support sites enable easy onboarding of new users. Account licensing is simple for tier-one support, and next-level support teams can easily understand the complexities of sophisticated troubleshooting. There are many beautiful things about Webex, but the features we like the most are its platform compatibility; regardless of whether we use an application or a browser, it always functions the same way.

Webex's video streaming quality is superior compared to other options like xx. The product has a highly high-end appearance and offers a variety of advanced functions and add-ons. The web platform is simple to use. Additionally, it supports mobile apps.

Webex provides a simple, user-friendly design and a web application for Linux and Chromebook users. I've had a hassle-free experience using Webex thanks to its many capabilities, such as noise cancellation, content sharing, a whiteboard, and a chat box.
