What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Unlike other conferencing tools, this instrument stands out with its very easy-to-use interface and its noise reduction and audio enhancement features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about this tool is that webex offers the fastest way to transfer files of any format, plus a secure encrypted environment with authentication and password protection, it also has many useful features for remote communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having used this instrument, I can say that this product belongs to the boss.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the reasons we recommend this tool is that it is a great tool for seminars and meetings, allowing you to hold meetings from anywhere.

Alternative to Zoom and any resulting security concerns

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of pulling down recordings

The frustrations of needing to end the meeting and restart it once you enable screen sharing permissions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will frustrate you and your users from time to time, it's not as clean and smooth as Zoom, but it's effective and gets the job done if you don't care about frills.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

the cloud storage, polling option for free users in the chat security to its client

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to install, available for all major platforms. The web version is also available, hence installation is not mandatory. Even the free version, supports a large audience(up to 100 attendees). Supports join audio by call feature, which is very helpful in weak network connectivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The overall UI is a little complicated, confusing the user to find the right option at the right time. Little slow in terms of meeting hosting and joining response. Not so smooth, until you have a device with great hardware and a comparatively strong network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you have teams, would recommend teams over Webex for easy integration of all Microsoft applications. if you are a start-up organization who don't use Microsoft applications then you can go for it. It allows 100 participants in the free-to-use version.
