What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Great professional offering for all videoconferencing and audio needs. This is becoming increasingly important during COVID-19. Works really well especially with global colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless setup of videoconference meetings, whether it's for 1-on-1 or big town meetings. It's really easy to setup any video conferencing meeting any time via personal webex rooms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great as a professional videoconferencing tools for financial services companies.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

This is a foundational tool with integration capabilities and a secure platform to create a user friendly environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface simplicity offers first time and experience users the ability to be productive and not sure 40 buttons to figure out how to execute a function.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As stated above - the simplicity is great, however there are limitations to the simplicity which creates a 'stiff' and sometimes restrictive user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Ensure you have a full profile for the typical daily users 2. Use a formal RFP process for the evaluation 3. Look at the corporate strategic footprint, existing contracts and direction to avoid duplication and ensure that you can find the proper fit in your digital presence and how to move forward beyond next year.
