What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Cisco Webex Meetings provides a set of very useful features that allow us to stay in touch through high-quality video conferencing, messaging, and calls. It offers the possibility of developing a fluid and effective collaborative work, which guarantees a dynamic participation of co-workers. It allows us to share ideas and materials online in real time, which makes our workflow more efficient. It is undoubtedly an indispensable tool to improve productivity at the present time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it is easy to use, it has a nice user interface. It allows face-to-face meetings with several people at the same time. Video conferences run in HD format. The chat room allows you to create direct dialogues with your co-workers. It offers a connection between people and groups at a distance from any mobile device or desktop PC. You can have recordings stored in the cloud and get your transcripts easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its cost is considerably high compared to similar platforms and there have sometimes been delays in the connectivity of some of the participants.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the implementation of Cisco Webex Meetings as it is a very useful platform that guarantees fluid communication, with the multiple functions it offers to improve collaborative work.

It allows the functionality of recording a session while others may or may not have these features. This feature differs the Cisco Web-Ex from another platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform is having a rich amount of functionalities, some of them are mentioned below --> Set up an instant meeting and invite anyone to join the meeting with that link. --> People connected over the conference can easily share their screen. --> Can record the session for further use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform runs continuously in the background that consumes the usage memory of the computations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco Webex is known for conducting efficient meetings to collaborate with your team members. If you are looking for a decent collaboration tool, then go for it.
