What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Cisco Webex meetings is very simple to use and easy to schedule a meeting. I feel Cisco Webex is a little better app than Zoom in terms of its features and seamless communication. It has the ever best audio and video quality which helps to have uninterrupted communication. It works on both desktop as well as on mobile. Easy integration with MS Outlook which helps to you remind all your scheduled meetings. Meetings can be easily scheduled via MS outlook or through webex meetings app such flexibility provided by due to integration feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco webex meetings helps in communication and collaboration. Listed below are few features: - It is very secured application. - It is very easy to use, specially the first time users. - It can be integrated with other Cisco tools like Cisco Webex Teams - Meeting features like raising a hand, switching presenter helps in achieving an interactive sessions - Best for presentations, screen sharing, file sharing, whiteboard usage which enables collaboration - Can accommodate large number of participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is the best communication tool I have ever used, but has some flaws as well. Desktop application has issues in screen sharing, many times the content is blur and not visible may be requires lot of internet bandwidth. Also, when you try to control someone else system during the presentation, navigations becomes very slow which disturbs the meeting completely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have a strong recommendation to use Cisco Webex Meetings as it is a feature-rich product and easy to use for our daily meetings.

Geographical versatility - geographical location is not a limitation to a high quality video conferencing experience. Cross-platform - Cisco WebEx is support on android, IOS, and windows devices. Functional - Cisco WebEx offers a wide range of integration options.

The fact that Cisco WebEx functionality is not subject to geographical positioning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chat control is weak

Cisco WebEx delivers on the most fundamental organizational functions and this is the reason why you should get it.
