Webex Meetings are used by our company to troubleshoot customer issues. Our products are used by businesses all over the world. When they encounter a problem, they submit a ticket to us. To troubleshoot network and configuration issues, we will hold a conference call using Webex Meetings. It contributes to the growth of customer trust. Webex Meetings is the best option when we need people from multiple teams to join a call and collaborate to solve a problem. The procedure is simple and quick. [In my experience], Webex Meetings aren't very useful if there are only two people who don't want to share data and prefer to talk instead.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex Meetings are available to the general public. It is unaffected by the mode of use. This is available to anyone who needs to meet with the team. Webex Meetings have become increasingly important during the pandemic. I honestly don't know what we'd do if we didn't have Webex Meetings right now. I can't think of another application that is more adaptable. I worked with a few months ago on a few occasions, and we used it for our meetings. However, in the last three years, I have suggested that we use it for our training/seminars as well, and we have never regretted it, especially when we worked from home last year. What do you dislike most about this product?

I was having trouble creating my personal room URL. There was no proper documentation in place that worked for that problem. The mute button appears to be malfunctioning.There is no UHD video quality available. Meetings should have the ability to check to see if a participant is paying attention as well. The file size of recorded meetings can be quite large at times. Changing presenter roles, for example, takes far too long. What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex Meetings is ideal for meetings and presentations. Files containing recorded meetings can be very large and take a long time to prepare. It is also possible that the installation file will be quite large to download and install. Because we mostly work from home these days, our entire company uses Webex Meetings whenever we need to meet with customers. It is also the location of all scheduled meetings. Webex Meetings allows us to share video, presentations, and screens, allowing us to easily show others what we're talking about. What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

WebEx has a noise removal feature, which actually cancels background noise. Coming from a background of trying out different software products, there are just an handful of products which has got an effective noise removal feature for meetings and WebEx is amongst them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like WebEx presence on mobile devices. By using the WebEx mobile application, I am able to do most things that I can do on a WebEx desktop application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not very popular amongst professionals. When I work with our offshore team, I have had to rely on an alternative video calling software, because they simply are not familiar with WebEx.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depends on the size of the business or team looking to adopt Webex. For large sized teams, WebEx should be appropriate because it scales and maintains quality video and audio during conferencing , regardless of participation numbers.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Today there are many platforms that allow us to hold conferences through video calls, but having a variety of products we opted to implement Cisco Webex since this is different from others because it allows you to connect from wherever you are and from where you are. any other video conference platform, in addition to also having a space in a cloud where you can upload files that are used in video conferences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like the most about Cisco is that it is very easy to install and that it has a free solution that allows you to fully use Cisco to hold conferences with our entire team and with clients who cannot meet in person.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We feel that this is a product with an excellent user interface and that it is very complete in the family of video conference platforms, so we have not found any fault with this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As frequent users of this product we can very calmly recommend cisco since this product allows you to send and receive files from any person, team or space. In addition, each Cisco account has a space available to store data.
