What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Webex contains very intuitive and simple collaborative features, such as screen sharing, where presenters can share their screens with participants, making it easy to demonstrate content or collaborate on documents, and a virtual whiteboard, a built-in feature that allows participants to sketch, draw and annotate on the screen in real time. It also has active noise cancellation, background effects and content sharing during video conferences are very practical..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Webex Meetings for our internal meetings in our entire company offices, we also use it for meetings with clients in various parts of the state and abroad, it helps us a lot to organize webinars sometimes, and for training purposes within the marketing and sales team, we keep a copy of the recorded sessions for future review, which saves a lot of money and time by not using the traditional meeting method we used to implement some time back, and although we use other meeting platforms as well according to our business needs, we consider Webex Meetings to be more professional and provide the best video and audio quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

During calls, if you need to share textual information, there is a limitation in the chat characters, so you cannot send records of the process you are working on, you have to save them in a text file and then share them to be able to get them quickly if that is what you are looking for during a video call. If this can be improved it would be great because it's an aspect of the platform that is needed when having meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is especially suitable for business organizations, although it might not be the best choice for academic institutions or educational activities, as I consider Webex to be more effective for online meetings with a small number of participants, quite the opposite for large group calls, therefore, I think Webex presents itself as an extremely valuable collaboration tool for companies conducting meetings with different stakeholders, both internal and external, and my recommendation would be that if you plan to purchase this tool, use it in a more precise and timely manner.

screen share feature is a lot cleaner then other vendors

it does take a few minutes for new users to get logged into the meeting

record meeting feature as well as screen sharing will make using it for sales calls that much more easier
