What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) Range of Features 2) Still managing to have an Ease of control, with such a wide variety of features 3) Phone & meeting integration (Dial-in)
What do you dislike most about this product?
1) Free version is not popular enough (so the guest audience is not comfortable with the user interface) as many of them are using it for the first time 2) Needs higher Bandwidth for smooth meetings as compared to Google Meet & Zoom

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
A key strength of Webex Meetings is its enterprise-grade security, making it appealing for companies handling sensitive data. Webex provides advanced encryption, control over data storage locations, and compliance certifications. It also enables sophisticated meeting moderation with breakout rooms, polling, annotation and robust host controls. Webex integrates well with business apps like Slack or Salesforce. However, its interface is not as intuitive as platforms like Zoom or GoToMeeting, requiring more training. And Webex lacks a free tier, putting it at a disadvantage with budget-conscious teams. Overall,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As someone working in a highly regulated industry, my favorite aspect of Webex Meetings is its enterprise-level security and compliance capabilities. I appreciate the advanced encryption, data storage controls, and adherence to regulations like HIPAA and FINRA that Webex provides. This assures me that sensitive company information discussed during calls is protected. I also like Webex's sophisticated meeting moderation features, from breakout rooms to polls to robust host controls. This allows us to engage participants and manage complex virtual training sessions. While not the simplest platform, Webex removes the security burden
What do you dislike most about this product?
Steep learning curve - Webex's interface and controls are less intuitive vs competitors, requiring more training. No free tier - Unlike Zoom or GoToMeeting, Webex doesn't offer a free version for smaller teams. Mobile experience - The Webex mobile app can be buggy and lacks some desktop features. Large meeting limitations - Handling meetings over 1000 participants requires special config not ideal for large webinars. Interoperability challenges - Integration with non-Cisco platforms and devices can be limited. Call quality issues - Webex reliability and video can suffer with poor network conditions compared to rivals.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of Webex security, compliance and data storage controls if your business handles sensitive information. Leverage sophisticated moderation features like breakout rooms, Q&A, polling and screen annotation for engaging meetings. Be prepared to invest time and resources into training your team on fully utilizing Webex's dense interface and features. Consider a hybrid approach, using Webex for meetings requiring robust security and Zoom or similar for day-to-day video calling. Prepare for complex configuration needs if planning very large webinars or events beyond 1000 attendees in Webex.
